I make it a point to email all custom...Great point! I make it a point to email all customers when an order is received to tell them the order is packaged and ready to go. I also say Thank You! It's so important. And how much do you love when companies you're purchased from email you back to say thanks too? It totally sticks in your mind and you're far more likely to shop there again.
