Swirlin'
Ethereal Lavender swirls I'm trying out for a soap I'm dreaming up. Behind the scenes some changes are taking place that I think will be all for the good. The changes will take place over quite awhile so nothing will seem sudden or drastic. I'm kind of on the universal timeline with some things...sometimes things just happen in their own time I guess.

Thank you @ Deirdre! Glad to have you stop by. I am loving that purple ultramarine.
Thank you for sharing what you use to achieve such a beautiful purple. The color has eluded me. Love your swirls too!
@ Soapjam. I tried to comment on your post about purple the other day and since I'm Blogger I had to sign in and all that so I didn't. I was going to say if you have purple oxide you will need to use a bit more of it than the others for good saturation or you'll get gray. Try using a bit more, but too much equal bleeding so it's a bit of trial and error.
Thank you for the advice! The soaps I made this week were left plain as I kinda missed that kind of simple beauty and my colored soaps with design were mostly not so satisfactory. I will check on changing my settings to make leaving comments easier. There's still so much for me to learn about soaping and blogging but I am totally embracing it. :-) when I leave comments on a blogger account, I sometimes get an error message when i choose my wordpress identity. Maybe there is an incompatibility issue?
